Kris Kobach, the Kansas Attorney General, is leading the charge. He fiercely accuses President Biden of abusing his executive authority in designing the SAVE Plan. This idea offers accelerated loan forgiveness and lower monthly payments for millions of those dealing with the massive load of student debt.
GOP States File Lawsuit to Block Biden’s Student Loan Relief Plan
In an attempt to stop the new “SAVE Plan” for student loan payments from being implemented, a group of eleven Republican-led states have launched a federal lawsuit against the Biden administration. Attorney General of Kansas Kris Kobach filed the complaint.
